Growing a Wee Family Business

Ten years ago, our founder, Melody Munro, welcomed new franchisees Michelle and Kevin Talbot into the Wee College family. Soon after the Evergreen campus opened with Michelle & Kevin at the helm. They immersed themselves into the world of Wee, becoming ambassadors for the brand, building strong relationships with families and the community around them. Their growth now includes three campuses in Moncton’s north end. 

It was always a hope for Michelle & Kevin to have their family be a part of this journey and today they are happy to announce that their daughter Cara and her husband Adam Fillier are joining the family business. This announcement comes as no surprise as Cara has been directing the Evergreen campus for several years and assisting with management in many aspects for the campuses. In this new partnership, Michelle and Cara will continue working side by side in their leadership roles as they operate the Hildegard, Evergreen and Crandall locations.

Wee College welcomes Cara and Adam to the family of Wee College owners and wishes the Talbot and Fillier family continued success and blessings.
