Wee College Inc. is hiring a Senior Software Developer to support design, implement, and test all functions of a mobile and web application for a leading SaaS product for the Early Learning and Childcare industry through-out North America.
As a developer at Wee College, you are a builder. You see what others cannot, to solve complex problems. You will use your skills in organization, communication, and programming languages, to lead a team of developers in designing and securing the software development of our “Guardian”.
Desired Qualifications
You Have:
- A university or college degree in the field of computer science
- Experience and extensive knowledge of programming languages and the software development life cycle.
- SQL-Node.js-React-AWS-Docker-Kubernetes.
- Ability to execute on high level code and architecture.
- Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in development.
- Strong time-management skills, attention to detail
You Demonstrate:
- An ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Careful attention of details to manage and adapt to multiple projects.
- Ability to mentor others, plan sprints and execute delivery.
- Strong interpersonal skills to articulate ideas, listen to others and respond to feedback daily.
- The capacity to solve complex problems using deductive reasoning and sourcing alternative solutions as needed.
- The strength to perform in a fast-paced requirement that involves sitting for long periods of time and continuous computer use daily.
