Your Opportunity
In your role as an Early Childhood Educator, you are the role model for a child’s independence and learning. You encourage and inspire children to try new things and find their confidence in our early learning programs/

Some of Your Responsibilities
- Design and deliver age-appropriate programs daily
- Resolve conflicts with children using positive behavioral management techniques
- Document children’s learning using posters, learning stories, and notices
- Maintain children’s documentation including incident reports and records
- Communicate respectfully with parents daily, telling them about their child’s day, and listening and responding to any concerns
- Daily and ongoing cleaning of your classroom for everyone’s safety and well-being
A Closer Look: Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of previous experience in a child care or home care setting
- A valid Criminal Record/Social Development check
- Strong interpersonal skills and awareness
- Ability to perform in a noisy, fast-paced environment
- A one-year Early Childhood Certificate/Diploma is preferred or university-level equivalent
- Standard Workplace First-Aid and CPR preferred
