Executive Director

Here is news I have been excited to share for some time. It has been no secret that we have been searching for an Executive Director. Someone who shares Wee College’s vision and mission, to ignite a passion for living, loving and learning.  An individual who can lead, support growth while recognizing the value of this industry as it pertains to families, educators, franchisees and community.

Today, it is my privilege to formally welcome Patricia Worthington-Leblanc to the position of Executive Director.  I am excited for Wee College, our franchisees, educators and families for the level of care, support and direction she will bring.   Her role; ensuring greater well-being, program enhancement, growth and stability.

In her work within the corporate world, Patricia has supported learning and growth in the field of adult education and enthusiastically welcomes transferring her knowledge and skill set to our company and the early learning sector.

Patricia’s first official day was December 4^th and she has already immersed herself fully in the Wee College; crafting the Christmas Blog for 2017, holding meetings with potential franchisees and getting to know our corporate team of Liz Jones, Tina McLenaghlan, Cory Marr and Kristal Hooten.

Patricia will play a vital role in the growth and advancement of our company, being asked to take on the difficult tasks and get them done.  I am confident in Patricia’s ability to lead our team maximizing our potential as a community leader in the field of Early learning and Childcare.
